Bruegel is a Brussels based European think tank specializing in economics. They were looking for a way to reach the 2014 newly elected EU leadership. They wanted to produce a new publication, EU 2 Do. It is a collection of scholarly essays which sets an economic agenda for the EU leadership for 2015-19. It's aim to improve the quality of economic policy with open and fact-based research, analysis and debate.
